# Xyvenra Mobile builder draft

The signed-in Mobile builder saves its app name, project slug, app identifier, accent color, Expo SDK selection, starter type, and current preview items in the browser's local storage. The draft stays in that browser profile and is not uploaded or synced to the signed-in account. The preview is bounded to 100 items, 160-character titles, and 1,000-character notes.

Changing the starter replaces the preview with that starter's sample content. Downloaded Expo projects are separate copies; changes in the builder do not update a ZIP that was already downloaded. Clearing browser storage removes the saved draft. If browser storage is unavailable, the builder remains usable for the current visit and downloading still works.

Use **Download builder backup** to export a portable, versioned JSON copy of the app settings and preview items. **Import builder backup** accepts this JSON format up to 1 MB, validates and bounds its values, then asks before replacing the current browser draft. Import does not change account saves. The backup contains no generated project files or source ZIPs, API keys, or Expo tokens. Use **Download Expo project ZIP** separately when you need the generated project source.

For the generated app, the separate **Export backup** and **Import backup** controls save task, habit, or note data. On the web, export downloads `xyvenra-mobile-data.json` and attempts to copy it to the clipboard. Web import reads a JSON file, validates its starter and fields, shows the replacement count, then waits for **Restore on this device**. In an installed app, export opens the native share sheet and import accepts pasted backup JSON. Neither flow uploads app data.

The backup stores the app name, project slug, app identifier, accent color, selected Expo SDK and starter, plus up to 100 preview items. Titles are limited to 160 characters and note bodies to 1,000 characters. The current format is version 1; unsupported or malformed backups are rejected.

Rename a task, habit, or note title in the browser preview with its pencil button, then save or cancel in the entry field. Renaming keeps task or habit completion and note text intact. The updated preview autosaves in the current browser draft and is included in the next project ZIP or builder backup. Changing starters or removing the item being edited cancels the rename.

Use the up and down arrows beside a preview item to change its order. The first item cannot move up, and the last cannot move down. Reordering preserves item IDs, completion, and note text, and autosaves with the draft.

Search preview items by title; notes also match their body text. Search ignores letter case and only filters what is shown. Clear the search to restore the full list. Searching does not change or reorder saved items.

For task and habit previews, choose **All**, **Active**, or **Completed** to filter by checked state. These filters combine with search and do not change saved items or their order. Notes do not show completion filters.
