Privacy notice

Effective November 8, 2026

This notice describes information handled by Xyvenra, an early access developer platform operated by Ouroboros Apps LLC. Xyvenra currently provides Code, Cloud, Data, Mobile, and Studio. If a product feature or this notice changes how information is handled, this page will be updated.

Account sign-in

You may sign in with GitHub or Google. Xyvenra uses the sign-in provider to authenticate you and receives the basic account information returned for sign-in, such as your provider account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when supplied. We use it to create and maintain your Xyvenra account. Xyvenra does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or other Google APIs through sign-in. GitHub and Google handle their own sign-in flows under their respective privacy terms.

Your projects and content

Content stays in your browser or downloaded files unless you use a feature that sends or saves it elsewhere. Code chat history is stored in your browser unless you enable account sync. Studio projects are stored in your browser unless you enable private account sync. Mobile builder settings and preview data are stored in your browser unless you explicitly save them to your account. Data projects, tables, records, and uploaded files are stored in your Xyvenra account. Cloud sites are private by default; when you publish a site, its published content becomes publicly accessible at its site address.

AI and other providers

When you ask an AI feature to generate or edit content, the prompt and the project context needed for that request are sent to the AI provider you select. You provide that provider’s API key for the request; Xyvenra does not save it to your account. The selected provider processes the request under its own terms and privacy practices and may charge you directly. Review that provider’s policies before sending content. Xyvenra does not send project content to an AI provider until you use an AI feature.

If you use Mobile to check a workflow in your own Expo project, the project slug, run ID, and Expo access token you enter are forwarded to Expo for a read-only request. Xyvenra holds the token in page memory for the session and does not save it. Expo returns workflow and job status. Starting a build remains a separate action under the Expo account’s terms and usage limits.

Service providers and safeguards

Xyvenra uses Vercel to host the web application and Supabase for account authentication and database services. Information required for these services is processed by those providers on Xyvenra’s behalf. Account data is separated by account permissions. We use it to provide, secure, and maintain Xyvenra; we do not sell personal information.

The website uses browser storage for product settings, drafts, and sign-in session handling. Keep your account credentials and any API keys private, and avoid sending sensitive information to third-party AI providers.

Retention and account requests

Browser-only content remains in your browser until you clear it. Account content remains while it is saved in Xyvenra. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact ouroborosplugins@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We may retain information where needed to secure the service or meet legal obligations.

Changes

We may update this notice as the service changes; the effective date above indicates the latest revision.
